This is always a big hit at parties.

2 bricks cream cheese
1 pouch Hidden Valley Ranch powder dressing
Bacon Bits

Mix ranch powder into softened cream cheese. Form into ball or log shape. Roll in plate of bacon bits until completely covered. Place on plate and refrigerate uncovered overnight to firm. Serve with crackers.
