As far as I know, this one isn't legal under any weight-loss plan! Crust: Mix and press into 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool. Filling, Layer 1 Blend. Spread on cooled crust. Set in refrigerator to chill while you work on Layer 2. Set aside remaining Cool Whip for use in Layer 3. Filling, Layer 2 Blend. Spread on first layer. Set in refrigerator to chill while you work on Layer 3. (Be sure to let this layer chill long enough to "set" the pudding.) Filling, Layer 3 Spread on second layer. Sprinkle with a few chopped nuts. Keep in refrigerator; cut in squares to serve. |
